I am a Fashion Creative originally from Mumbai, India with experience in Fashion Styling, Graphic Design, Content Creation, Digital marketing, Art Direction, Video Editing and Production.

SOFT SKILLS -
COMMUNICATION SKILLS and TEAMWORK – Leading a team of 10 can be quite taxing. There was one particular Saturday, everyone had a long day and was extremely tired. My whole team was really annoyed and work was happening in a haphazard manner. I immediately organized a team's call for everyone and invented a random “Let’s take a break game”. We spent 10 minutes asking each other questions and soon everyone seemed to be having fun. After playing one round, I took upon each person's issues and devised a quick framework and timeline of tasks to optimize their work. We submitted that output that very night! It also brought the whole team together and we worked in harmony since then.

TRANSFERABLE SKILLS-
Working with international photographer Kay Sukumar gave me the exposure and understanding for international markets. This was one of my earliest fashion job opportunities and it gave me the passion and drive for fashion I have today. I gained insight into working on shoots and styling looks creatively without expending excessively. Planning and coordination of the shoots was challenging at first but over time it worked seamlessly. This taught me essential time management skills. It also taught me how to use my available resources more efficiently. Along the way I made sure to create a network with the teams of like-minded professionals and this later worked to my advantage for further projects.

TRANSFERABLE SKILLS-
Working closely with the founder of a brand was eye-opening and inspiring. I learnt many things about running a brand – issues that come with it and how to overcome those hurdles efficiently. I gained soft skills of communicating effectively and creating a convincing argument. My extensive research on environmental issues helped me expand my knowledge and become more empathetic and ecologically aware.
